VENDOR INFORMATION
VENDOR RENTAL OPTIONS:
8' X 8' INLINE SPACE : $135 + taxes/fees
8' X 8' CORNER SPACE : $175 + taxes/fees
VENDOR REFUND POLICY:
Upon proper written notification of cancellation to Collectors World Con LLC:
Vendors shall be allowed a refund of
50% of their space cost on or before June 9th 2026
No Refunds will be given after June 9th 2026
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Each 8'X8' Inline Space will be provided with the following:
(2) Vendor Badges
(2) Chairs
(1) 6FT Table
Each 8'X8' Corner Space will be provided with the following:
(2) Vendor Badges
(2) Chairs
(2) 6FT Tables
Additional Vendor Badges can be purchased for an additional cost during setup.
If accepted for a vendor spot we will contact you through email and send an invoice for payment, and a waiver that must be completed and emailed back to us.
NO SPACE WILL BE RESERVED UNTIL PAYMENT AND WAIVER IS PROCESSED!
Food and Drink Policy:
No Food and Drink Sales are permitted at this event!

Please understand that due to the limited amount of spaces available
for this event not all vendors that apply will be accepted.
Collectors World Con LLC reserves the right to deny any vendor and refund any vendor payments if Collectors World Con LLC feels at any time they are non-conforming to our event. Collectors World Con LLC reserves the right of space placement.
